Step 3: Body


Now we’re getting to the good stuff. We’ve found a space, set the vibe, we’re continuing our journey by getting out of our minds into our bodies. This step is 5 mins.


I’ve found what works best is a basic yoga flow - feel free to mix and match with poses that work for you. I am not a professional! there are lots of videos online where you can watch bendy people do these yoga poses way better than i can! But that’s not the point. The point is feeling into our bodies and setting ourselves up for step 4+5.


1 Child’s pose 3 breaths

2 Cat Cow 3 breaths

3 Downward Dog 3-5breaths

4 Step up into a forward bend and hold for 3-5 breaths

5 gentle roll up to standing, palms together, and smile
