#15daily: Building a 15min daily practice

I’ve been asking myself what I can do to help right now. All of this anxiety and uncertainty! This is what I’ve come up with:
I'm going to help you build a 15 minute daily practice.
Over the last 20 years or so I’ve experimented with everything from yoga to vipassana to breathwork - trying to find something rock solid that connects me and balances me everyday. Some combination of techniques that's only 15 minutes long.
Over the next 5 days I’m going to go over what I do, with the hopes you can do it too! The idea is that anyone - new parents, people on the frontlines, whoever - can spare 15minutes.
I do this practice in the morning because that’s when I can make time - i think it makes more sense then, but for some folks - new parents - that just doesn’t make sense. So do it some other time. It does help tho, to commit to approx the same time everyday.
We’re going to go through the 5 steps of building this practice. Then I’m going to do some daily IG lives so you can do the practice with me.
